Shear and Welder

JH Series Automatic Shear End Welder plays an important role in a tube mill. Automatic shear and the welding utilizes siemens PLC, Huade hydraulic and lincoln CO2 shield welder. The shear blade and the welding head are on the welding trolley. The head and tall of the coil, after cutting, are hold down and then automatic welding is carried out. The welding seam on the wall of the pipe forms spiral line, improving the rigidity of the welding. Compared with other brands, the system has the feature of simple structure, convenient operating, smart and fast seam alignment, exact and reliable action.
It consists of base, pinching device, alignment device, shear,travel system,welding mechanical system, hydraulic system, Schneider and/or Siemens electric control, Lincoln welder, torch, wire feeding system,etc.
